SEAL-HYDROGEN showcases its technology at X-SEED Workshop

On February, SEAL-HYDROGEN participated in the workshop hosted by the X-SEED project in Milan, Italy. This event brought together over 100 participants, both in person and online, including representatives from sister projects under the Horizon-JTI-CLEANH2-2023-01-01 call, including AEMELIA, REDHy, EXSOTHyC, and SEAL-HYDROGEN itself, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among key European initiatives in clean hydrogen innovation.

Representing SEAL-HYDROGEN, Vicente Vert presented the project’s objectives and approach to developing a new generation of high-performance, cost-effective electrolyzers. His presentation highlighted the project’s focus on scalable electrode and catalyst materials—based on abundant elements such as nickel and iron—and its contribution to enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of alkaline and AEM electrolysis systems.

The workshop featured engaging technical sessions on innovative catalyst design, electrode manufacturing, and sustainability in hydrogen technologies, offering participants a closer look at state-of-the-art developments in the sector.

SEAL-HYDROGEN’s participation underscored its commitment to collaborative innovation and to accelerating the deployment of green hydrogen solutions across Europe.
